Shipping Policy
Varenford ships to supported destinations worldwide. The shipping options available for your address are confirmed at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During peak periods, promotions or unusually high order volume, processing can take 3–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates are counted in business days from the date your order ships. They are guidelines, not guarantees. Carrier capacity, customs review, weather, remote-area delivery and local holidays can affect timing.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and the available shipping service. If a free-shipping or promotional offer is active, it will be shown on-site or at checkout.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update after a label is created. Some carriers scan only at key points, so a parcel may show “Label created” or “Ready for pickup” before the first in-transit scan.

Address changes and order edits
We can modify a shipping address only before an order is fulfilled. If you need a change, email info@varenford.com immediately with your order number and the full corrected address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute the package or change the delivery details.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed delivery or return to sender. If a parcel is returned because of an address issue, we can review reshipment once the correct address is confirmed. Additional postage may apply.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless stated at checkout.
Customs authorities control their own review process. Varenford cannot predict, control or speed up customs clearance. If you are unsure whether duties may apply, contact your local customs office before ordering.
If a customs fee is refused and the parcel is returned, shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund. If the carrier destroys, abandons or does not return the parcel after refusal, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
Delayed, missing or delivered packages
If tracking is delayed beyond the estimate, contact us and we will help review the shipment. Many delays resolve within a few business days.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, first check the delivery address, mailbox, parcel locker, household members, neighbors and building reception. Please allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before final handoff. If the parcel is still missing, email us with your order number and tracking details.
If a shipment shows no movement for an extended period or exceeds the maximum estimate by 15 business days for domestic shipments or 20 business days for international shipments, we can open a carrier investigation and help with a resolution based on the outcome.
Split shipments
To speed up delivery, some orders may ship in more than one package at no extra cost. Each package may have its own tracking number. A partial delivery does not automatically mean an item is missing.
Customer responsibility for package acceptance
By placing an order, you agree to accept delivery of the package. Orders refused at delivery, left unclaimed or returned because delivery could not be completed may not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded in these cases.
