Orders

When will my order be processed?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During busy periods or promotions, processing can take 3–5 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email info@varenford.com as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it has entered processing or shipment. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute the parcel or change the item, color, size or delivery address.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with your order number and the full corrected address. If the order has not been fulfilled yet, we will do our best to update it. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery, return the parcel to sender or make the order ineligible for replacement if the package is lost after being shipped to the address entered at checkout. Shipping and delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Varenford ships to supported destinations worldwide. Available shipping countries and services are confirmed at checkout. Our current delivery guide includes the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, the Middle East, Latin America and Rest of World destinations. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the destination. After shipment, United States orders are typically estimated at 5–7 business days. International destinations can take longer, with regional estimates ranging from 6–14 business days for the European Union, 6–12 for the United Kingdom, 7–15 for Canada and Australia/New Zealand, 8–18 for the Middle East, and 10–25 for many Rest of World destinations. Brazil can take 12–30 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and the available service. If a free-shipping or promotional offer is active, it will be shown on-site or at checkout.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update after a label is created. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

My tracking says delivered, but I do not have the package. What should I do?

First check the delivery address, mailbox, parcel locker, household members, neighbors and building reception. Some carriers mark parcels as delivered shortly before final handoff, so allow up to 48 hours. If the package still cannot be found, email info@varenford.com with your order number and tracking details so we can review it.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless stated at checkout. If a customs fee is refused and the parcel is returned, any refund will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Sizing and product selection

How do I choose the right size?

Start with the size selector and measurements on the product page. The safest method is to compare those measurements with an item you already own and like wearing. For more guidance, see our Sizing Information page.

What if I am between sizes?

Choose based on the fit you prefer. If you want a sharper, closer fit, choose the smaller size. If you prefer more room, choose the larger size. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.

Will colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show color and texture clearly. Screens, lighting and device settings can still make a shade look slightly different in person. Please use the product title, variant name, photos and description together when choosing.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the conditions in our Refund Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Email info@varenford.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number plus clear photos or video of the item, packaging and issue. This helps us review the claim properly and choose the right resolution.

How long do refunds take?

After a return or refund request is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not process direct exchanges. If the item is eligible, request a return and place a new order for the size, color or item you prefer.
