Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the conditions below. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization, or to an address not provided by our team, cannot be accepted.
Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Tags and original packaging must be included where applicable.
- A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.
- Items showing wear, washing, odor, stains or damage not present at delivery cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Email info@varenford.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will provide return authorization and the correct return address.
Do not send items back to the sender address on the parcel unless our support team gives you that address in writing.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item caused by our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost after the claim is verified.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless required by law or confirmed by our support team.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging and issue.
Verified claims may be resolved with a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution depending on the case.
Color, texture and product appearance
We do our best to show product colors and textures accurately. Screens, lighting and device settings can still make a shade or texture look slightly different in person. Minor differences in hue, brightness, contrast or texture are normal and are not treated as defects.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the funds.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, request a return and place a new order for the size, color or item you prefer.
Order changes, cancellations and duplicate orders
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.
If you believe you placed a duplicate order or were charged twice, contact us within 24 hours. If both orders were confirmed and shipped, standard return conditions apply.
If you suspect an unauthorized payment, contact your card issuer and notify us. We will cooperate with any investigation using order records, payment records and carrier delivery proof where available.
Split shipments and partial deliveries
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. A partial delivery does not automatically mean an item is missing. Please follow the tracking updates for each package. If an item remains undelivered after the carrier’s delivery window, contact us so we can investigate.
Refused or unclaimed packages
If a package is refused, left unclaimed or returned because delivery could not be completed, shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund. If the carrier destroys, abandons or does not return the parcel, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
